  1. Select from the following:

  3. 1.  Select from the included standard JetForm logos.

  5. 2.  Have your existing logo scanned as a Windows Bitmap (BMP) file
  6. and load the logo from your A: disk drive.  When you have inserted 
  7. the disk containing your scanned logo into the A: drive, click on 
  8. the Disk A: button.
  9.  
  10. 3.  If you are familiar with Windows files and directories, you can
  11. browse the Windows file structure for a logo file.
  12.  
  13. 4.  If you do not wish to include a logo or if you have chosen a
  14. logo and now decide you no longer need it, you can click on the
  15. 'No Logo' button below.
